You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

- Website Information Is Not Mental Health Treatment
The information provided on SaranahCounseling.com is intended for general educational and informational purposes.
Website content does not constitute mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical advice, or individualized clinical advice.
Reading information on this website, communicating through a general website contact form, sending an email, or otherwise interacting with the website does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Clinical services are provided only after appropriate intake, consent, and establishment of a professional relationship in accordance with applicable requirements and Saranah Counseling’s clinical policies.

Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not guarantee that services will be available or that an appointment will be scheduled.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to appropriate inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary based on availability, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances.
Please do not include highly sensitive or confidential clinical information in a general website contact form.
If you become a client, Saranah Counseling may provide additional secure communication methods for clinical communications.
- Establishment of a Clinical Relationship
Contacting Saranah Counseling does not automatically make you a client.
A professional relationship is established only after Saranah Counseling determines that services are appropriate and the necessary intake, consent, financial, privacy, and other clinical requirements have been completed.
Saranah Counseling reserves the right to determine whether the services requested are appropriate for the practice and whether a clinician-client relationship can be established.
- Telehealth Services
Saranah Counseling may offer behavioral health services through telehealth when clinically appropriate and permitted under applicable law, professional requirements, payer requirements, and practice policies.
Telehealth services are subject to separate clinical policies and, when required, telehealth informed consent.
Telehealth may not be appropriate for every individual, condition, circumstance, or clinical situation. Saranah Counseling may determine that an in-person appointment, a higher level of care, or another type of service is more appropriate.
Telehealth services may also be subject to insurance-plan requirements and limitations.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
Saranah Counseling takes privacy and confidentiality seriously.
The website’s collection and use of information are addressed in the Saranah Counseling Privacy Policy.
Information concerning individuals who receive clinical services is also subject to applicable federal and Pennsylvania privacy and confidentiality requirements and Saranah Counseling’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
The website Privacy Policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices serve different purposes and should be reviewed separately.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit privacy or confidentiality protections that apply to clinical services under applicable law.
- Insurance, Fees, and Payment
Information regarding insurance participation, fees, payment policies, and other financial matters is provided for general information and may change.
Insurance coverage and benefits are determined by the individual’s insurance plan and are subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy and provider agreement.
Verification of insurance benefits does not guarantee payment or coverage.
Clients remain responsible for charges that are their responsibility under applicable law, their insurance plan, and the financial policies applicable to their care.
Additional financial terms may be provided during the intake process or in separate financial policies and agreements.
Where applicable, Saranah Counseling will provide information concerning Good Faith Estimates and other required financial disclosures.

Appointments are subject to availability.
Information about appointment scheduling, cancellations, missed appointments, late arrivals, and related fees is governed by Saranah Counseling’s current scheduling and financial policies provided to clients.
